We do not have user accounts and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. This page is generated from the same configuration our systems use, so what it says matches what we do.
What we collect
- Anonymous diagnostic answers about your appliance (no names, emails, phone numbers, or IP addresses)
- Country and device class (phone, tablet, desktop)
- Optional free-text observations, scrubbed of contact details when saved
- Affiliate click identifiers (random; not linked to you)
- Aggregated search and analytics statistics
